About the Role:

Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital healthcare? We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge solutions as part of a large‑scale B2C Commerce Transformation Program. This is a strategic role where you’ll align business objectives with technical excellence, ensuring seamless integration between Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and enterprise systems.

• Architect the Future:
  Define and own the end‑to‑end Salesforce Health Cloud architecture for a major transformation program.
• Design Scalable Solutions:
  Build secure, high‑performing integrations across Health Cloud, B2C Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third‑party systems.
• Ensure Compliance:
  Guarantee adherence to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and data security standards.
• Lead Technically:
  Guide development teams, enforce best practices, and conduct design reviews aligned with enterprise principles.
• Integrate & Innovate:
  Develop patterns for EHR/EMR integration, payment gateways, and engagement platforms. Define robust data migration strategies.
• Governance & Quality:
  Set coding standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks. Drive testing and deployment strategies.

• Salesforce Expertise:
  Experience with in Salesforce, including Health Cloud architecture.
• Multi‑Cloud Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of B2C Commerce, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Healthcare Domain Knowledge:
  Familiarity with workflows, patient engagement, and compliance standards (HL7/FHIR).

• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional (preferred)
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
• Additional B2C Commerce or Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus

• Experience in large‑scale digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with Azure and Dev Ops practices
• Knowledge of AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce for personalized healthcare experiences
