An expanding City Law firm require an IT Administrator to handle a broad mixture of support duties. With external support from an IT support company, you will be the physical presence within the office to provide assistance.

The role will include: handling IT queries that get reported either remotely or face to face and responding via telephone and e-mail or physically at work stations, troubleshooting problems with Windows based workstations, installing desktop software, business systems, assisting with the maintenance of the existing infrastructure including desktop and server systems, network hardware and telephones.

Experience in a law firm is essential, either in an IT capacity or an administrator/facilities role with IT support. Good technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills are needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious with a year’s experience to take a progressive step in their career in IT support.
