About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Service Now Architect ( IRM ) to join our growing team of Service Now experts. As part of a trusted Service Now Partner, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions for our clients across multiple industries.

You'll work closely with enterprise customers, helping them transform their risk, compliance, and audit processes using the power of the Now Platform.

• Lead and deliver Service Now IRM / GRC implementations, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solutions
• Configure and customise the Service Now platform to align with business and regulatory needs
• Conduct workshops, demos, and user training sessions
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and proposal input
• Stay current with the latest Service Now releases and IRM capabilities
• Contribute to best practices, templates, and accelerators within the partner organisation

• Proven experience delivering Service Now IRM / GRC solutions (at least one full implementation cycle)
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit frameworks
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) - essential
• Service Now IRM / GRC Implementation Specialist certification - highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• UK-based, with full right to work in the UK

• Experience with Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops)
