Role

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a vital role in implementing Service Now solutions. You ll support projects by assisting in client design sessions, crafting detailed user stories, and maintaining the functional integrity of the platform and associated processes.

Key Responsibilities

Apply your expertise in one or more Service Now products, with familiarity in ITSM, Secops, Risk Ops, GRC and HRSD being advantageous.
Facilitate customer workshops and lead project demonstrations using the Service Now platform.
Develop clear and actionable customer requirements (user stories), including scripting and configuration across various platform modules.
Evaluate potential ripple effects of proposed solutions on other areas within the Service Now ecosystem.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, assisting in the management of critical stakeholder relationships.
