We're on a mission to build the world’s leading platform for both crypto and fiat payments and we’re looking for a sharp, driven Senior Product Designer to play a key role in that journey.

Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work in a unique, collaborative partnership to ensure our platform s user experience is a direct and tangible reflection of our brand promise. You will translate the go-to-market narrative into world-class design, bridging the gap between what we say and what our users can do. • End-to-End User Experience Design: Lead the design process for our platform from concept to launch. This includes user research, journey mapping, wire framing, creating high-fidelity mockups, and building interactive prototypes to solve complex user problems.
• Translate Narrative into Intuitive Design: Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager and Product Managers to deeply understand our product s value proposition and customer narrative. Translate these strategic pillars into clear, simple, and effective user interfaces and workflows.
• User Research & Journey Mapping: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Partner with Product Managers and Technical Business Analysts to map the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a cohesive experience from the first marketing touchpoint to deep in-product engagement.
• Design System Management: Own, maintain, and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the platform. Champion design best practices and a shared visual language across the company.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Technical Business Analysts, and Engineers to define requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure high-quality implementation. Clearly articulate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders across the business.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Use insights from testing and product analytics to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.

Essential

• Fintech & Banking Design Expertise: Proven experience as a Product Designer within the fintech or banking sector. Your portfolio must showcase experience designing complex financial applications, with a strong preference for work with neobanks, trading platforms, or B2B fintech solutions.
• Strong Portfolio of Work: A comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, showcasing your process from research and discovery to final polished designs and their impact.
• Mastery of Design Tools: Expert-level proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
• User-Centric Mindset: A deep empathy for users and a passion for creating exceptional, accessible, and intuitive digital experiences. You put the user at the center of every decision.
• Startup/Scale-up Mindset: Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, ideally within a startup or scale-up. You re comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at building processes from the ground up.
