As a Content Moderatorb> in Porto, you’ll support social media initiatives, ensuring client guidelines are followed and enhancing the user experience across platforms.

• Review, audit, and moderate user content, ensuring compliance with copyright and platform rules
• Analyze user behavior and apply nuanced social media policies
• Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business-critical issues
• Propose improvements to enhance service and overall user experience
• Maintain high-quality reporting according to established protocols

• Fluency in Romanian (C1) and English (B2)
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Critical reasoning, multitasking, and effective communication skills
• Fast learner with a diligent work ethic
