Dynamics CRM Functional Product Specialist

Job Summary

The Product Specialist is responsible for CRM/D365 CE OOTB configuration, focusing on configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet the needs of the organization. The primary objective is to ensure that the CRM system functions efficiently and effectively to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize CRM/D365 CE OOTB as per business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather CRM system requirements
  • Implement and maintain CRM system functionality, including workflows and automation
  • Provide user training and support on CRM system usage
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues

    Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system
  • Stay updated on CRM/D365 CE OOTB best practices and new features
  • Collaborate with IT teams for CRM system integrations
Skill Requirements
  • Proficiency in configuring CRM/D365 CE OOTB
  • Strong understanding of CRM system architecture and data models
  • Experience in CRM system customization and automation
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends
