Job Title: AV Network / IT Support Technician

Salary:
35,000 - 45,000 per annum (depending on experience & skills)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AV Network / IT Support Technician to join our dynamic technology team in London. This role sits at the intersection of audio-visual systems and IT networking - ideal for someone with solid technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding support to end users and clients.

• Provide high-quality technical support for AV systems, networked audio/visual equipment, and integrated IT platforms.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of AV hardware and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot AV and IT incidents effectively and resolve issues both remotely and on-site.
• Manage meeting room systems, collaboration tools, digital signage, video conferencing technologies, and associated network services.
• Monitor system performance and assist with routine preventative maintenance.
• Assist with rollout and upgrades of AV/IT equipment.
• Produce clear technical documentation, reports, and update logs.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience in AV support, IT support, or combined AV-IT technical roles.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience supporting AV control systems, video conferencing units, and networked AV devices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience with AV control platforms such as Crestron, QSYS, Extron, AMX or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft networking, Windows, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, or AVIXA certifications).

• Competitive salary:
