AboutThe Role
- You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of big events from the signing of the commercial contract by the sales and legal team to the events’ final closing.
- You will be the main point of contact between all stakeholders, from the event organizer to all internal teams involved.
- As the overall owner of the process, you will work as part of a team and manage other departments’ tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, and work with product/engineering to deliver them. Maintain a consolidated list of requirements and prioritize with the product team.
- Create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A to address potential user incidences managed by the user support team.
- Ensure all requirements to achieve project goals have the necessary documentation.
- Depending on the event, on-site presence may be required during launch or other important dates.
You are degree qualified with a project management background. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and organized. You should be entrepreneurial, with a mix of project management and operational experience. You will coordinate other departments to ensure timely delivery in an ambiguous environment, maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background. Event experience is a plus but not required.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills with a high learning appetite.
- Solution-focused with the ability to identify problems and create plans to resolve them.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of building positive working relationships.
- Highly organized and efficient; curious and willing to push boundaries.
- Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts.
- Strategic thinking when faced with an events partnership brief or proprietary data on what events work.
- Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work streams.
- Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty across required event tasks.
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
- Strong academic background is a plus.
