We are now seeking a Senior Solution Value Consultant for EMEA — a French‑speaking candidate based in either France or the UK. The role is ideal for someone who loves connecting dots between technology, process, people, and value.

The Role

You will be the go‑to advisor helping global enterprises modernize finance operations through AI‑powered Invoice Lifecycle Management, shaping how they buy, transform, and scale. You will blend presales mastery, business acumen, value engineering, and storytelling to influence executives, elevate deals, and guide customers toward confident change.

You Will
  • Work at the intersection of AI, finance transformation, and enterprise SaaS
  • Influence C‑suite stakeholders and shape strategic purchasing decisions
  • Be part of a high‑performing, globally respected Solution Value Consulting team that collaborates rather than competes

  • Partner with cross‑functional colleagues including Product, Value Advisory, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to drive real outcomes, not just demos
  • Help customers modernize their AP processes and architect cleaner, smarter, and more resilient digital operations
Key Responsibilities Be a Strategic Advisor
  • Lead sophisticated discovery sessions that uncover business pain, transformation triggers, operational bottlenecks, and executive‑level priorities
  • Become a trusted partner to customer Finance, Procurement, AP, and IT leaders guiding them through change with empathy and authority
Influence & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Build strong relationships across customer teams and confidently influence decision‑makers
  • Navigate stakeholder dynamics, competing priorities, and internal politics to drive consensus
Design & Present Compelling Solutions
  • Architect future‑state processes using Basware’s Invoice Lifecycle Management platform, AI capabilities, Smart

    PDF, Guardian, AP Assurance and more
  • Deliver tailored, narrative‑driven product demonstrations that connect technology to genuine business outcomes
  • Bring creativity to presales including visual storytelling, process mapping, and scenario‑based demos
Value Engineering & Business Case Development
  • Articulate the case for change and quantify operational, financial, and compliance impact
  • Collaborate closely with the Value Advisory team on ROI models, benchmarks, and savings projections
  • Inject value messaging throughout your demonstrations and discussions with customers and partners
AI Enthusiasm & Daily Innovation
  • Leverage AI tools internally for research, discovery prep, competitive analysis, personalization, and demo elevation
  • Stay curious and push the team forward with innovative ideas using generative AI, automation, and data‑driven insights
Competitive Positioning
  • Bring clear, crisp, fact‑backed competitive intelligence especially vs. Coupa, Medius, Esker, xSuite, and SAP native tools
  • Guide Sales on how to position Basware’s strengths in complex competitive cycles
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work together with cross‑functional Basware teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey
  • Contribute to marketing events, webinars, analyst sessions, and customer advisory boards
