• Take full ownership of the technical aspects of sales cycles, including deep understanding of customer requirements and matching the right solutions.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients.
• Develop and present customized solutions addressing specific client challenges and business objectives.

• Lead complete technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutions.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process.

• Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.

• 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre‑sales, or technical consulting roles.
• 2 years in fintech – bonus.
• Deep understanding of AI‑powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.

• Proven experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a critical thinking approach to client challenges.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills – able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Independence and proactivity – thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
