We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Data & AI who combines delivery strength, client leadership, and technical understanding. You will lead complex AI and data projects across all phases, from planning to go‑live. The role requires ownership, structure, and the ability to align business goals with technical realities. You will serve as the delivery backbone, connecting strategic priorities, technical feasibility, and execution excellence.

• 6+ years experience with client-facing, cross-functional and tech-enabled delivery
• Proven track record in managing complex client engagements end-to-end including managing budgets, resources and timelines effectively
• Solid grasp of agile and classical project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, PMI, Prince2)
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders
• Good technical understanding of data pipelines, AI models, and cloud platforms (no hands‑on coding required)
• Brings a consultative, hands‑on approach to structuring and steering client delivery
• Fluent in English;
  German is a plus
• Familiarity with the UK enterprise environment, ideally with a network in banking or insurance
• Degree in business, IT, computer science, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office software)
• Comfortable working onsite with clients when needed, primarily within the UK

• Own and drive AI and data projects across all phases, from scoping to go‑live
• Set up and ensure delivery structures that secure timeline, budget, and scope
• Lead day‑to‑day execution, remove blockers, and maintain team momentum
• Shape delivery hands‑on, from requirement definition to client‑facing advisory
• Act as primary contact for clients, manage expectations, and steer roadmap development
• Align closely with tech and strategy leads to ensure feasible, high‑quality solutions
• Contribute to pre‑sales with delivery logic, effort estimates, and solid project planning
• Continuously improve delivery practices and contribute to internal standards
