** We have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Consultant to support our financial services operations across the UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the design, development, execution, and ongoing support of propositions and digital products, specifically within the transfer agency, fund accounting, and administration business sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry, proven technical expertise, and experience leading product teams.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Design and Development:
Lead the design and development of innovative propositions and digital products that meet the needs of the transfer agency, fund accounting, and administration business.
* Ongoing Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing propositions and digital products, ensuring they continue to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Technical Expertise:
Utilize strong technical skills to solve complex problems, implement new technologies, and improve existing systems.
* Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Industry Knowledge:
