• Design and implement effective automation test strategies and plans for SAP applications and integrations.
• Good knowledge of Automation Testing, especially with the TOSCA automation tool.
• Assist in developing and maintaining automation frameworks for SAP using Tricentis TOSCA.
• Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment and enhancing team performance.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other team members to integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as TOSCA Server and Jenkins.
• Manage versions of test automation assets in code repositories like Git.
• Ensure proper defect management processes and adherence to test life cycles for automated testing.
• Use Test Management tools (e.g., Tricentis qTest) to keep testing on track per project plans.
• Lead automation testing activities and produce necessary documentation and reports for various testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, providing guidance and expertise in SAP test automation.
• Be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) – minimum of five consecutive years of residency in the UK with no single period of absence from the country exceeding 28 days.

• Good experience leading end‑to‑end SAP automation testing.
• Expertise in test automation tools, particularly Tricentis Tosca.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation assets.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as qTest and ability to produce stakeholder reports.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience mentoring team members.
• Knowledge of test life cycles, defect management processes, risk/issue identification, and test metrics.
• ISTQB/ISEB certification (Foundation level or higher) or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexibility to travel and work at various locations during the project.
• UK national eligible for security clearance.

• Tricentis TOSCA Automation Engineer Level 1 or 2 certifications.
• Experience with accessibility or usability testing.
• Knowledge of SAP testing methodologies such as iCaptivate and TMAP.
• Knowledge of the nuclear power industry.

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. Successful applicants must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last five years and meet other criteria for clearance.
