The RoleAs a Developer Experience Product Manager, your mission is to lead the delivery of Jstz, a smart rollup on Tezos with a native JavaScript runtime. You’ll develop strategic roadmaps, deeply understand our developer audience, and help shape the long‑term vision for the Tezos developer experience.
What You’ll Do- Define and drive the long‑term vision for the Tezos developer experience and turn that vision into clear, actionable plans that make an impact.
- Explore the broader landscape: study competitors, uncover trends, and translate deep research into forward‑looking decisions.
- Work hand in hand with engineering teams to build APIs, tools, and infrastructure that developers genuinely enjoy using.
- Connect directly with developers to understand their needs and challenges, turning feedback into better products and smoother experiences.
- Prioritise and deliver features that move the needle, backed by measurable results.
- Be a strong advocate for developers across all teams, ensuring every decision keeps their perspective front and centre.
- Partner with Tech Relations and Marketing to launch a thoughtful go‑to‑market strategy that inspires and grows a thriving new community.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally working with developer‑focused products or external developer communities.
- Prior experience as a Software Engineer working with Web3 technologies (dApps, tooling, protocols or infrastructure).
- Comfortable building processes and structures that drive teams to be more product‑centric.
- Ability to build strong relationships with developers and dive into technical details to understand feasibility and align with needs.
- Track record of creating long‑term visions and translating them into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify opportunities and validate decisions.
- Fundamental understanding of JavaScript technology is a big plus.
