The RoleWe’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded Senior Solutions Engineer to lead complex technical conversations and drive value throughout the sales and client lifecycle s high‑impact, cross‑functional role partners closely with sales, account management, implementation, product, and engineering to craft scalable, innovative solutions that solve real‑world problems.
Responsibilities- Lead technical discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to understand business models, data architectures, and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain deep expertise in Codat’s platform, APIs, SDKs, and data integration use cases.
- Architect tailored, scalable solutions aligned to client needs, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to deployment.
- Own the technical aspects of strategic account management, ensuring clients realize full product value.
- Lead expansion discovery within existing accounts, surfacing new use cases, workflows, and growth levers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and build influence across stakeholder groups.
- Partner with the Implementation team to design solution blueprints, advise on configuration, and support early usage milestones.
- Act as a steady technical presence throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring business continuity, scalability, and successful ramp‑up.
- Capture customer feedback and market signals to influence product roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate with product teams to test and validate new features, packaging concepts, or market entries.
- Represent Codat’s technical vision in solution evangelism and strategic internal planning.
- 7+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, or consulting roles within high‑growth B2B SaaS, ideally in fintech, payments, or data integration.
- Proven track record supporting complex, multi‑threaded deals with multi‑year, multi‑use case scope.
- Strong solution architecture capabilities with hands‑on experience designing or deploying APIs, SDKs, or embedded data services.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience advising product, account management, and sales teams and driving go‑to‑market or solution design strategy.
- Passion for working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with a strong sense of ownership.
