Position: Early Careers Recruitment - Coordination Specialist
Location: City of Westminster

Overview

Join our dynamic Early Careers team and be at the forefront of shaping the future, where your passion for nurturing talent meets opportunities for growth and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and execute in person and virtual interview days and Superdays, liaising with candidates and recruiters to arrange interviews and respond to general recruitment or application queries in a timely manner.
  • Manage candidate queries, maintain accurate and consistent information in relevant systems, and own shared mailboxes.
  • Own all aspects of campus event logistics, send invites, confirmations, and post-event follow-ups to candidates, serve as main point of contact for candidates, and process and track event expenses and invoices.
  • Participate in project management for Early Careers flagship programmes, including the organization of the summer internship experience and spring insight events.
  • Share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline processes.
  • Travel occasionally to support programme activities and events.
  • Demonstrate effective organization, planning and multi-tasking skills with high quality and attention to detail.
  • Work effectively under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Be a team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Display sophisticated written and verbal communication skills and presence, serving as a consultant to internal clients and an ambassador of the firm to external candidates at all levels; build relationships with internal partners and global counterparts.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressured environment with high volumes.
  • As an Early Careers Coordination Specialist, support key coordination activities as part of the campus season, focusing on planning and executing in-person Superdays.
Qualifications
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
    Industry experience or experience within event management.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
