US Market - Structured Career Path - £50k Yr 1 OTE

This is a firm that blends true search methodology with the pace and earning potential of contingent recruitment - resulting in faster progression and fast earning potential.
The business in numbers- 30%+ year-on-year revenue growth since inception
- Team of ~25 consultants across the UK and offshore support
- Largest single monthly commission paid to a consultant: £22k+
- Strong retention by industry standards (close to 90% in year one)
The firm works predominantly on retained and exclusive US assignments
, leading to higher fees, better candidate quality, and less reliance on job boards.
- Mapping US construction markets and competitor landscapes
- Conducting phone-led search campaigns (not CV-farming)
- Developing long-term client relationships
- Managing full 360 recruitment processes
- Working on retained, exclusive and high-quality contingent searches
- Associate → Consultant → Senior Consultant typically within 18–24 months
- Average time from Consultant to Senior: ~12 months
- Young leadership team, with the youngest manager promoted at 23
- Long-term opportunities in team leadership, division management, and equity participation for top performers
- £27,500 Basic Salary (£45-50k 1st Year OTE)
- No artificial thresholds
- High fees driven by US market exposure and retained work
- Want a career with a direct correlation between effort and income

- Prefer structure, training, and accountability over “plug-and-play” recruitment
