• Mapping US construction markets and competitor landscapes
• Conducting phone-led search campaigns (not CV-farming)
• Developing long-term client relationships
• Managing full 360 recruitment processes
• Working on retained, exclusive and high-quality contingent searches

• Associate → Consultant → Senior Consultant typically within 18–24 months
• Average time from Consultant to Senior: ~12 months
• Young leadership team, with the youngest manager promoted at 23

• £27,500 Basic Salary (£45-50k 1st Year OTE)
