Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations & People Support – Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations cases and escalations; lead discussions related to collective relations and union matters within your region.
  • Local Expertise & Compliance – Maintain strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR regulations; adapt global HR policies to meet local legal requirements and cultural nuances; act as the primary HR contact for local authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Regional Coordination & Alignment – Drive consistency and harmonization of HR practices across global regions; provide insights through regional HR reporting and analytics; partner with Talent & Culture teams to deploy global initiatives locally.
  • Strategic Advisory & Escalation Management – Serve as the escalation point for HR Business Partners on complex people matters; advise senior leadership on HR strategy, risk management, and compliance; lead HR crisis management and support business continuity planning.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance across multiple countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and influence in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong cultural sensitivity.
  • Fluent English required;
    Spanish is a plus.
