Salary: up to £450 PAYE or Umbrella depending on experience

What You'll Do
  • Support the Head of Reward GF in delivering the global Reward agenda, leading processes and projects across functions.
  • Lead and support reward system implementations, set-up, testing, and enhancements globally.
  • Lead and support the annual pay review process with the Reward Manager, including budgeting, system setup, analysis, reporting, communications, and global payroll instructions.
  • Act as an internal Reward SME, advising across divisions and leading the design, optimisation, and implementation of compliant reward processes informed by data-driven analysis.
  • Manage benchmarking activities, including Future Talent reward reviews, survey submissions, job matching, and market analysis to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Support new hire packages, off-cycle salary reviews, job evaluations, and benchmarking requests.
  • Partner with Benefits and Global Mobility teams on ad hoc reward initiatives.
  • Design and implement reward mechanisms that align with regulatory requirements and fair customer outcomes.
What You Bring
  • Strong numeracy, analytical, and modelling skills, with advanced MS Excel;
    PowerPoint and Outlook required, VBA desirable.
  • Sound understanding of remuneration plans, terminology, and regulatory environments.
  • CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • Proven Reward experience, acting as a subject matter expert with strong knowledge of reward principles, practices, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Able to advise and influence HR stakeholders, knowing when to challenge or escalate.
