Waltham Forest College is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to lead our talent, performance and early careers strategies as we continue to grow and deliver on our ambitious vision. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking talent professional to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
As our Talent Manager, you'll drive the development and implementation of our Talent Strategy, ensuring we have the capability, leadership and talent to enable long term success. You will partner with leaders across the College to build robust succession plans, nurture high potential colleagues and elevate our performance and development culture. You will also oversee talent acquisition and line manage our Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
