Global Senior Director - BCG X

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for BCG X, you will design and lead a global team of 50–60 recruiting professionals to deliver full‑cycle recruitment for high‑growth data science, engineering, product, and analytics roles. You will partner with regional leaders, global chapter leaders, and product teams to align hiring plans, build robust talent pipelines, and elevate recruiting excellence across BCG X’s near‑shore, off‑shore and on‑shore teams.

• Own strategic talent sourcing and attraction, evolving the employee value proposition and messaging for key talent segments.
• Develop sourcing strategies for scarce skill areas, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion drives the talent pipeline.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into talent plans and target profiles, providing market intelligence and compensation benchmarks.
• Manage, develop, and lead a high‑performing team to meet hiring objectives, metrics for time to fill, source mix, conversion ratio, diversity pipeline, and quality of hire.
• Expand and accelerate near‑shore and off‑shore engineering teams, coordinating recruiting efforts across cohorts and embracing recruiting analytics and cutting‑edge sourcing tools.
• Build a cohesive operating model with global BCG Recruiting teams, sharing best practices in branding, marketing, recruiting analytics, and talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead innovation and transformation agenda for Talent Acquisition, building recruiting marketing and branding agenda for BCG X globally.

• Strong leadership and influencing skills with exceptional oral and written communication.
• Advising business on strategic talent acquisition, translating strategy into concrete actions.
• Managing strategic and operational topics across the People agenda.
• Leading matrixed, cross‑functional work teams across geographies and cultures.
• Partnering with business leaders to develop a talent acquisition strategy and plan.

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or 10+ years in consulting/HR in the Tech and Analytics/AI space.
• Deep understanding of Data Scientist, Product, Design, and Engineering profiles with competitive market landscape knowledge.
• Experience with sourcing, talent processes, talent assessment, and metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resources and workload in a complex and fast‑paced environment.

You will report to Stacey Beard, BCG X Global People Functions Senior Director. You will work with the BCG X Leadership Team, functional leaders in People, Marketing, Talent Management, and global Recruiting leadership. Key relationships will include senior business leaders (Managing Director & Partner, Executive Director, Senior Director) and product owners across BCG’s global recruiting community.
