Waltham Forest College is looking for a dynamic People Services Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic growth and embedding our values across the organisation. As our People Services Manager, you'll lead the operational HR function while contributing strategically to people focused initiatives that help our staff and students thrive.

Working closely with the Director of People Services, you will ensure our College continues to be an inspiring, inclusive and supportive place to work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR leader who can bring energy, insight and a commitment to excellence.

• Provide leadership to a high performing People Services team and contribute to the development and embedding of the College's values across the organisation.

• Experience as an HR professional with the ability to shape and implement a forward‑looking People Strategy.
• Proven experience leading HR teams and delivering people initiatives in an education or similar environment.
