Location: City of Westminster
As a Reward Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping our total reward offering for the UK & Ireland. You’ll manage cyclical reward processes, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and long‑term incentives, while keeping us aligned with industry trends and legislation, and getting to work on our wider reward proposition.
Responsibilities- Leading on compensation processes and ensuring sound pay principles are developed and applied consistently.
- Managing bonus schemes that incentivise and reward high performance effectively.
- Designing and implementing benefits, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives to enhance our Employee Value Proposition.
- Providing insights and recommendations on pay trends, benefits uptake, and pay gap reporting.
- Supporting the Reward Lead and collaborating across the People Team to deliver a best‑in‑class reward strategy.
- Experience in reward within a large, complex organisation, particularly across compensation frameworks, ideally in the retail/hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
- Knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, and recognition schemes.
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence and problem‑solve effectively.
