  • Day Rate: PAYE £182.89 / Umbrella £237.45

  • Job Type: Temporary, Hybrid (50% office presence required, mainly Mondays and Thursdays)
  • Immediate Start: 9-5, Monday to Friday, ongoing temp booking until mid-June 2026 with potential for extension or permanent conversion

Join London's transport body as an Executive Recruitment Researcher. This role is crucial for supporting senior executive recruitment consultants through market mapping, talent sourcing, and headhunting. You will be part of a close-knit, multi-award-winning team, driving the hiring of inclusive and diverse leaders.

Day-to-day of the role
  • Engage in extensive market mapping and talent sourcing specifically for executive roles.
  • Support consultants with executive recruitment campaigns by preparing and presenting research findings to consultants and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to manage high workloads and adapt to the dynamic needs of the role.
  • Utilize ATS, preferably Success Factors, to track and manage recruitment processes.
  • Engage with candidates, qualifying them for senior positions and ensuring a fit with organisational values and culture.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in executive-level recruitment research, particularly within the public sector.
  • Strong skills in market mapping, headhunting, and presenting findings.
  • Proficient in using ATS, with a preference for Success Factors.
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in-house is essential; public sector experience is highly desirable.
