- Based on the requirements gathered, Coo intelligently filters and selects only the best-matched candidates from our larger talent pool.
Receive Candidate Shortlist & Profiles
- You receive a curated shortlist — with full candidate profiles with AI-driven matching, and explanations of why each candidate matches your role.
Feedback & Refinement
- Provide feedback on the shortlisted profiles. Coo uses this feedback to refine future matches and improve alignment with your needs.
Mutual Introduction & Hiring
- Once you select a candidate, Coo enables a direct introduction between your hiring manager and the candidate — with context transferred.

Onboarding Interview (AI-Assistant “Coo”)
- You begin with a short, conversational AI–powered interview with “Coo,” our virtual career assistant.

Profile Creation & Smart Matching
- Based on insights from the interview (CV, skills, aspirations), Coo builds a structured candidate profile.
- The system then continuously scans open jobs — including public job boards, partner listings, and off-market opportunities — to identify matches tailored to your profile.
