360 Recruitment Consultant – Permanent (Women in Tech Community Lead)
Location: City of London (Monument)
Working week: Monday–Thursday (4-day week)
Start: January 2026
Salary: £30,000+ basic & uncapped commission up to 40%

You’ll recruit into the DACH tech market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) — a region known for strong fees, exciting tech businesses and long-term partnerships.
Alongside your 360 role, you’ll take an active part in growing our Thryving Women in Tech community — a network built to support, connect and spotlight women across the DACH tech ecosystem.
Your role will include:
- Helping grow our Slack/Whats App community
- Supporting and hosting online events and spotlights
- Taking part in in-person events in Germany
- Building genuine relationships with women across the tech space
- Working closely with our Marketing team on community content
You don’t need prevous community leadership experience — just interest, confidence and the willingness to build something meaningful alongside your recruitment career.
