I'm delighted to share we're partnering exclusively with a high-growth, global business in the payments space that is scaling rapidly and looking to make a real impact in its industry.

This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape the People & Culture agenda to enable performance, growth, and engagement across a dynamic, international organisation. This role reports into the Head of HR, with line management responsibility for two individuals.

The firm have circa 300 headcount so we're looking for individuals from similar size, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver scalable learning and development programmes, including onboarding, leadership development, and functional training.
  • Oversee performance management frameworks and tools to drive clarity and accountability.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organisational design.
  • Champion culture, engagement, and communication initiatives that align with the company’s growth ambitions.
  • Lead and inspire a team, creating an environment where high performance and continuous improvement thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a senior People & Culture role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment across Fin Tech or Financial Services.
  • Strong background in L&D and talent enablement, with the ability to design impactful programmes.
  • Exceptional business partnering skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands‑on capability to deliver results.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about creating a people‑first culture that drives business success.
