Purpose of the role
: A leading commercial recruitment agency is currently seeking a strong resourcer to join a busy, well‑established and high‑performance team within a city office. The main purpose of the role is to provide resource support (generate candidates) for vacancies they are resourcing for.

• Assist the Director on the busy Temps Division.
• Head‑hunt: identify and approach suitable candidates, pre‑screen, procure CVs and create a shortlist.
• Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, culture and environment.
• Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates.
• Meet with candidates, prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients for suitable candidates.
• Organise interviews for candidates as requested.
• Work towards targets relating to the number of candidates generated, placed, value billed and business leads generated.

• Minimum 6 months recruitment resourcing experience within a busy environment.
• Degree level education (or equivalent).
• Strong and confident communication skills.
• Proven admin/organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with lots of drive and enthusiasm.
• Polished appearance.
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills, confident telephone manner.
