We are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant who has experience recruiting management staff within a Rail Recruitment Desk on a permanent basis. This role will be given a wide brief to recruit all forms of Rail Professionals in many disciplines including P-way and Signalling.

There will be freedom to develop and grow your section and the opportunity to manage your own team, with all the support and backing you require from Senior Management with vast experience within the Professional Division.

This role will lead to Managing and potential Directorship if the individual is successful.

We are particularly keen to talk to recruiters with entrepreneurial flair, fiercely motivated, committed and passionate about recruitment with a good working knowledge of the industry.
