Job SummaryWe’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant and Head‑hunter to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and recruiting high‑performing professionals to help take our company to the next level. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and assess top talent across various roles, with a focus on a diversity of roles.
Responsibilities- Conduct market research to find top candidates for key roles in risk and compliance.
- Use various sourcing methods like networking, online platforms, and referrals to build a strong candidate pool.
- Screen CVs and applications to find candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and potential.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions that attract the best talent.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including campaign planning, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Build relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Energetic, goal‑driven professional with a strong work ethic, eager to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing company.
- Proven experience as a Head‑hunter (or similar role), ideally in consulting or software.
- Skilled at finding passive candidates and using algorithms to search, interview, and follow headhunting best practices.
- Able to attract and hire top talent across various roles and levels, both passive and active.
- Great communicator who builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Tech‑savvy with experience in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and online platforms.
- Organised and able to juggle multiple recruitment projects while meeting deadlines.
- High‑energy and results‑focused, always looking for ways to improve and deliver outstanding results.
