£28,000-£30,000 basic + uncapped commission (take‑home up to £500,000 in 5 years).

You’ll be trained to become a specialist headhunter, placing top‑tier talent into investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers and trading technology businesses across global markets – EMEA, North America, APAC and LATAM. You will work on retained mandates, exclusive searches and multi‑hire projects worth six figures and up – not CV‑spamming or high‑street recruitment.

• Work on deals that matter – first‑year consultants regularly close £250,000+ in fees. Typical placements bring in £80,000+ each.
• Serious earning potential – half the team earn 49% commission. Many consultants take home £100,000+ annually. One recent grad turned £1.4 million in billings by year five – taking home over £500,000. Others earn £300,000+ regularly.
