Responsibilities

We are hiring for an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to join our People team on a 12 month fixed term contract, which will report to the Head of HR Operations & Talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations matters across the business, where you will provide expert advice, support, and coaching to line managers, ensuring fair and consistent handling of ER cases while promoting a high-performing and engaged workforce.

You’ll be comfortable managing complex cases and will be able to manage a volume of cases, where you have worked with L&D and Business Partners to help develop line managers in people manager capability.

This role requires a commercially minded approach to employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will support the development of HR Co-ordinators, enhancing their understanding of ER case management and employment law.
