Lounge Manager - Hospitality - Millwall Football Club

Responsibilities

• Managing the full operation of the lounge during matchdays and events.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of bar staff, supervisors, and runners to deliver excellent service.
• Coordinating with kitchen, floor, and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handling customer queries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
• Monitoring stock levels, ensuring correct storage and rotation of products.

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a bar, lounge, hotel, or events venue.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and the confidence to make quick decisions.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and large‑scale matchdays/event.
