Events Operations Team Member

Overview

As an Events Operations Team Member, we will support you to be yourself, lead yourself, and make it count. We are looking for a part-time team member to join our Conference and Events team. This is a flexible role across all areas of the hotel with different types of service delivery.

We are offering an excellent rate of pay and this is a great opportunity to work some really fun events.

• Deliver a five-star food & beverage experience as part of a multi-functional role based across all areas of the hotel, including floor service, bartending, barista, hosting, banqueting service, and rooms setup.
• Multitask between service areas to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Experience in a Waiter, Bartender, Barista, or Host role.
• Confidence in delivering great service, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to help wherever needed - a true team player.
• A passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences - you genuinely enjoy interacting with guests.
• Willingness to learn and adapt - you re open to taking on new challenges and working as part of a dynamic team.
• To be available to work 16 hours per week.
• To be willing to work hard, have fun and make new friends.
