We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Front of House Manager to join the Londoner, one of our 5 Star Luxury Hotels.

Overview
  • You will support the Front of House Manager with overall leadership of the Front of House including Reception, Nights and Concierge.
  • You will ensure that through correct adherence to our company processes all team members deliver an exceptional service to our guests.
  • You will ensure that efficient collaboration exists between other departments such as Housekeeping and Maintenance to enable rooms to be presented to guests seamlessly.
  • You will ensure the welfare of all team members, actively promoting progression and development.
  • You will ensure that all processes are correctly followed and will provide support and re‑training where needed.
  • You will focus on achieving our department revenue goals by encouraging all team members to upsell and providing the necessary training for them to do so.
  • You will monitor our guest satisfaction metrics regularly ensuring that we are doing everything that we can to achieve the highest results that we can.
About You
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Front of House Manager in a busy 4/5 star hotel environment.
  • A passion for high level service delivery
  • A commercial focus ensuring that revenue driving opportunities are maximised.
  • Excellent organisational skills ensuring that duties are allocated to team members as per their skill set.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on team motivation and development.
  • Knowledge of Opera is ideal but not essential.
