Location: City of Westminster
A growing hospitality group is seeking an Acquisitions Director to drive its expansion strategy through identifying and executing hotel acquisitions across the UK and Europe. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel acquisitions, along with a proven track record in high-value transactions and strong negotiation skills. The role offers a competitive salary of £150,000 plus an excellent package and requires candidates to be able to live and work in the UK abroad.
Travel will be expected.
