The RoleAs a Rooms Reservation Agent, you will:
- Act as a key point of contact for all room reservation enquiries, delivering a seamless and personalised booking experience
- Accurately manage reservations across all channels, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail at all times
- Maximise revenue through effective upselling, rate management, and product knowledge
- Work closely with Front Office, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest journeys from booking to arrival

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture, and who align naturally with our values.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a similar guest-facing role within hospitality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of accuracy and organisation, with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using hotel PMS systems and reservation platforms
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for guest service
- Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner
- Create, amend, and cancel bookings accurately in the PMS, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are captured
- Promote room categories, packages, and hotel facilities to maximise revenue and enhance the guest experience
- Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams to ensure room availability and operational alignment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rates, promotions, policies, and local information
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, data protection requirements, and brand standards at all times
