Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lufthansa Lounge customers satisfaction. Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period. Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan. Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.

Assisting guests with any problems or needs.

• Must be able to provide 5 years of UK work history and 5 years of addresses

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Catering Host to join us at Lufthansa Lounge London Heathrow.

• 13.60 rate per hour
• Mixed shift pattern: early (4:30-13:30), middle and late (13:30-23:00)
