General Manager – Premium Dining Restaurant – Up to £60,000

We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to lead a premium dining restaurant delivering elevated service and exceptional guest experiences. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for quality, detail and leadership.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the full day‑to‑day management of the restaurant, leading the team to deliver outstanding service, strong financial performance and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will set and maintain the highest operational standards and play a key role in developing and inspiring your people.

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing front‑of‑house team
• Deliver an elevated guest experience with genuine hospitality at the forefront
• Maintain premium service standards across all areas of the operation
• Full responsibility for P&L, budgeting and financial performance
• Drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency
• Oversee recruitment, training and ongoing development
• Ensure all compliance, health & safety and licensing standards are met

• Proven experience as a General Manager in premium or elevated dining
• Passionate about guest experience and service excellence
• A strong leader who develops, coaches and inspires others
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong commercial and P&L management skills
• Positive, engaging and people‑focused
