We are seeking an Operations Director who is as comfortable on the floor as they are in the boardroom: someone who leads from the front, thrives in creative environments, and enjoys building high‑performing teams.

• Lead operations across a portfolio of late:night, creative and experiential venues
• Drive guest experience, operational standards and commercial performance
• Oversee new site openings from concept through to launch
• Work closely with the founders on strategy, growth and brand development
• Develop and mentor operational leaders across the business
• Ensure licensing, safety and compliance standards are maintained
• Champion innovation, creativity and operational excellence

• Senior operations leadership experience within late:night, bar, nightclub, live events or experiential venues
• Hands‑on and people‑focused leadership style
• Comfortable working within an independent, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong experience launching new venues or concepts
• Commercially astute and data‑driven
• Passionate about late:night culture and hospitality
• A natural leader who builds positive and engaged teams
