• Set the standards
  :
  Check guest rooms, corridors, and public areas on your assigned floors to ensure everything is clean, safe, and guest‑ready, right down to the smallest detail.
• Lead the shift
  :
  Support the daily operations by assigning tasks, checking off completed rooms, and making sure your team has everything they need to deliver exceptional work.
• Support your team
  :
  Be a go‑to person on the floor, answering questions, solving problems, and giving feedback to help Room Attendants and Porters do their best work.
• Keep it running
  :
  Report maintenance issues, manage linen and supplies, and make sure service areas and trolleys are always tidy and ready for the next shift.
• Go the extra mile
  :
  Look after VIP room checks, special requests, and guest feedback, always with professionalism and pride.
• Work together
  :
  Communicate with the Front of House, Engineering, and other teams to keep service flowing and guests happy.
• Stay safe
  :
  Follow all manual handling, hygiene, safety, and COSHH procedures, and help create a safe environment for guests and team members alike.

You’re motivated, organised, and passionate about leading by example. You’ll thrive in this Housekeeping Supervisor role if you bring:

• Experience as a housekeeping supervisor or senior room attendant in a hotel
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Confidence with housekeeping systems and operational procedures
• A hands‑on approach and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A genuine passion for guest experience and team development
