Food & Beverage Steward

As a Food & Beverage Steward on the British Pullman, a Belmond Train, you will join a team that delivers exceptional food and beverage service to all guests. Your role focuses on maintaining the quality and safety of the onboard environment while providing outstanding customer service.

• Prepare the restaurant car and related areas to support smooth operations.
• Ensure the wellbeing and safety of the car’s passengers.
• Assist with depot, Victoria Lounge, and departure point operations.
• Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Maintain a full knowledge of onboard menus, boutique items, and the British Pullman operating areas.
• Acknowledge and handle any passenger requests, including dietary, medical, and special occasion requests.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Hospitality qualification an advantage.
• Good knowledge and understanding of food and wine.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
