We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager who has a background in luxury hotels and destination bars in London. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with in‑depth beverage knowledge, and will be able to oversee not only The Churchill Bar & Terrace but also the wider beverage programme across the hotel.

• Lead and elevate daily operations of The Churchill Bar & Terrace, ensuring its continued reputation as a luxury cocktail destination for guests and the wider London community.
• Elevate every guest’s experience by combining flawless product quality, creative innovation, and a culture of excellence within the team that reflects the prestige of The Churchill Bar & Terrace.
• Inspire, train and develop a high‑performing bar team, delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.
• Curate and refine an innovative drinks programme — from award‑winning cocktails to rare spirits — while maintaining the bar’s distinct character and luxury positioning.
• Oversee the hotel’s full beverage offering, ensuring consistency, quality and profitability across restaurants, bars, in‑room dining and events.
• Manage inventory, cost controls and supplier partnerships to safeguard premium standards and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing, events and hotel teams to create exclusive experiences that attract both internal and external audiences and drive engagement.

You are an experienced Bar Manager with a background in luxury hospitality and destination bars in London. You combine strong business acumen with in‑depth beverage knowledge and are skilled at building and leading teams to deliver flawless service. You are commercially astute and creatively driven, with the vision to maintain The Churchill Bar’s reputation as one of London’s most acclaimed bars while contributing to the overall success of Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill.
