easy Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Manager to join the team based in their London City Shoreditch hotel. You will work on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a highly competitive salary.

As our Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment, engagement & development of the hotel team, making sure they deliver a great experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Hotel manager or someone that has worked as an assistant hotel manager looking for their next step in there career.

Our mission is to enable more people to travel, by offering hotels for everyone; hotels that are simple to book, simple to use and city-focused; hotels that are designed for both those travelling on a budget and those who prefer to save money on their hotel to indulge in the best the city has to offer.

We are a growing and ambitious brand that aspires to become a 100 strong pan-European platform within the next 5 years. We are present in 11 countries with 42 hotels and have recently opened a hotel in Marseille.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of hotel management, brand and people pillars
  • Ensuring a lasting customer experience, making sure all amenities make a comfortable stay for guests
  • Building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community to drive local sales plan
  • Financial budgeting and controlling costs as part of the low carbon pledge
  • Meeting EBITDA by achieving annual sales and profit targets
  • Performance development and engagement
  • Managing employee relations
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for your team
  • Resource planning and rotas
  • Collaborating with business support areas for compliance
