Exciting Opportunity:
Band 6 Tissue Viability Nurse
Location:
Barnet, CLCH – One of the UK's Leading Community Healthcare Providers
- To have a contributory role in the delivery of specialist Tissue Viability services in Barnet, working autonomously but closely with the wider Tissue Viability team.
- To assist in the development of specialist and generalist practice in wound management.
- To support the Tissue Viability team in teaching and supporting others and act as an expert resource.
- To support the delivery of Tissue Viability services and education across teams in Barnet.
