Overview
Are you organised, compassionate, and keen to make a difference in supporting vulnerable patients? The Alcohol Liaison Team at Newham General Hospital is seeking a motivated and efficient Band 4 Coordinator to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary service.
In this key administrative and coordination role, you will support the smooth running of the team by managing referrals, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with clinical staff and external partners. You ll play a crucial part in helping patients access the right care at the right time. Provide administrative support to the Alcohol Liaison Team
Responsibilities- Coordinate referrals, meetings, and communications
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient data and service records
- Liaise with internal departments and community services
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Experience in healthcare or a similar environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting patient care
