Overview
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Administrator who is passionate about working with data to support our NDD Services. The successful candidate will work closely with the team, ensuring that efficient and effective administration support is provided, including the collection and reporting of accurate data sets.
Responsibilities- Maintain and submit key performance data within strict timelines
- Data entry on our Electronic Patient Records (EPR) system
- Take minutes for Business/Team Meetings
- Provide support with audits
- Procurement
- General administrative functions
- Multi-skilled with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular Excel)
- Previous NHS experience in a mental health or social care environment would be highly regarded but is not essential
- Dynamic, positive, with strong organisational and planning skills; able to effectively support the team as required
- Reliable self-starter who can take the initiative and be assertive in anticipating team needs
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility and confidence in the use of Excel with attention to detail

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean you are required to work at any location that falls under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
