An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Band 6 physiotherapist to join the Musculoskeletal Service at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. CLCH is one of the largest community trusts in the UK.
The successful candidate must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
Responsibilities- Be professional, legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your work, including the management of patients in your care.
- Ensure a consistently high level of clinical care for patients under your management and support peers to do likewise.
- Provide an equal and equitable service for all patients, including harder‑to‑reach population groups.
- Undertake comprehensive assessment of patients, using investigative and analytical skills.
- Be aware of your professional limitations, seeking support through supervision, discussion with peers/more senior colleagues and team case discussions.
- Use a variety of assessment and treatment techniques appropriate to the patient, in accordance with evidence‑based practice, national guidelines and trust/dept. policy (including manual handling and confidentiality).
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy and sensitivity whilst providing care for patients with acute, chronic or complex presentations (including victims of torture, mental health patients, etc.).
- Independently refer to a variety of other health agencies (e.g. other Physiotherapy specialties, podiatry, biomechanics) ensuring seamless care where possible; this may include joint multidisciplinary assessment.
- Full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.

- Relevant clinical experience as a physiotherapist at Band 6 level.
