Support Worker Nights Female

Overview

You'll be supporting nine wonderful ladies, aged from their 20s to their 60s, who live together in their own home in Orkney. They're active, sociable, and enjoy a wide range of interests - and while nights are naturally quieter, your role is still essential in helping them feel safe, respected, and supported. Your role will include:

• Carrying out regular "keeping safe checks" to ensure everyone feels secure and comfortable.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic space so that the environment is welcoming and safe.
• Recording important information using our easy-to-use IT systems - from support plans to health and safety logs - so we can provide the best care possible.
• Creating a therapeutic, reassuring atmosphere that promotes wellbeing throughout the night.
• Supporting people to enjoy their late evenings or nights in ways that matter to them.
• Providing personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect.
